Happy Thanksgiving - Kitchen Set

I finished up this Kitchen set just in time for Thanksgiving... Not the most traditional designs but hope they will serve their new owner well.



Chef:
Steel:3/16" W2
OAL: 14.25" Blade: 9"
Handle: Cocobolo


Bread Knife:
Steel:3/16" W2
OAL: 15" Blade: 10.5"
Handle: Cocobolo
Misc: May have gone a bit too aggressive on the serrations, not sure if it cuts wood or bread better (Yes I tested)


Suji:
Steel:1/8" W2
OAL: 16" Blade: 11"
Handle: Cocobolo


Pairing Knife:
Steel:1/8" W2
OAL: 7.75" Blade: 3.5"
Handle: Cocobolo

Those hamons are absolutely gorgeous, and as Daniel Rohde mentioned, I really like that you included the bread knife. That's one of those things that you might not need all the time, but when you need it, there's no substitute.
