Hope everyone has the best Thanksgiving ever! Invited my mom, and father in law over. Haven't seen them for weeks, so I'm pretty excited. I'm thankful for so much. Hoping to use the BK15 to carve the turkey. I'll have to make sure I'm in the kitchen to make sure it happens, haha.

Looks good!

My oven died so we are oven-less for a while until I can budget for a new oven and range. They average 1500 bucks here (Maybe purchasing two forum knives was a bad idea? Naaaaaaahhhh).

I have been cutting off slabs of ham and using a small convection toaster oven. It’s working, just takes a lot longer.

No way a turkey is gonna work that way, so we are gonna borrow someone’s roaster for the weekend. I do love eating turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, and stuffing!

No carving pics but made a smoked turkey breast, smoked pork loin, and meatballs with all the other sides this year.

No pictures today. Was a quite day just 3 of us here, cooked a small turkey and small ham (lots of sandwiches coming the next week) ... had to use a 15 for some carving (it's kind of tradition after the first time) but it split duty with a kitchen knife made by Robert Erickson this year. I hope everyone got to spend some time with loved ones and had a Happy Thanksgiving.
