Happy Thanksgiving to all the Hog's and Piglet's out there! I hope you all have a wonderful day with family and friends, that you have a lot to be thankful for, and that you take the time to be thankful.

To encourage the use of extremely fine quality steel on this special day, I wanted to throw out a little challenge. I'm going to give away three free Busse t-shirts. The winners can pick out the size, color, and design they want, and I'll pay for it (to make it simple, you can order the shirt and then I'll PayPal you the amount of the order). To be clear, I don't mean taking a video of one slice, we want to see the video of the full turkey being carved with large Busse!

Free T-shirt #1:
The first person that posts a video (from this Thanksgiving, not a video from years past, this is on the honor system) carving their turkey with a MOAB, WTF, Hognose War Sword, Gladius, Huck, or BB13 wins a Busse t-shirt.

Free T-shirt #2:
The first person to use any Busse with a 10" blade or longer and post a video of them (from this Thanksgiving, not a video from years past, this is on the honor system) carving their turkey will win a Busse t-shirt.

Free T-shirt #3:
Are you on the west coast or having a late Thanksgiving dinner and won't be one of the first to post? Don't have a Busse over 10"? Are you not cooking a turkey but having elk or other game instead? I'm going to create a 3rd category and giveaway a 3rd t-shirt. Post a carving video (from this Thanksgiving, not a video from years past, this is on the honor system) and the one that receives the most likes will also win! I will let the voting run until midday Sunday the 25th so that plenty of people have time to watch the videos.

How about an elk? I bagged a cow elk 2 days ago so we’re having elk this year instead of turkey for Thanksgiving! Processing it all up today.
No worries if elk is a no go.

It would be awesome to see a video of you carving an elk! I'm going to create a 3rd t-shirt giveaway category that will include you being able to win. :thumbsup:

Just before time to eat, I decided to take some wild turkey pictures but wouldn’t you know that on a short drive in the woods on the first day of rain in months, we got stuck in some mud in my designated driver/friends van, flandern’ up part of the afternoon. In the process I fell and bruised my knee and he injured his hip pushing. It could have been a lot worse if not for all the drinking and laughing and stuffing our faces on Mars bars left over from Halloween I found in his backseat. :thumbsup:
Well? There’s always next year. Hope yours was better.
