Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. I thought I would get you started with some photos of my Spyderco Delica in action. I am making an apple salad.



Of course, I will be baking two hens, which will get cut up with aid from the Delica, green bean casserole with beans cut up by a Chaparral because it cuts so thin, sweet potato casserole with the potatoes cut with a Cat.

But, the most important thing is that I get to spend Thanksgiving with my wife and some friends.

We need to remember all of the things we have to be thankful for.

Thanks for the pics and the greeting. We're headed a bit more south to the Tampa area where we'll have a great restaurant meal and then play cards with good friends who just happen to be snowbirds. They spend six months in Michigan and then "winter" down here in Florida in a trailer park.
My wife and I had half of a turkey yesterday for dinner; thought we should practice up a bit.
