Hope everyone had a great day and was safe. My dad got two doe this morning. So we got to put his Dan Harrison and mine to use.



A little air to speed things up. We only had an hour before Thanksgiving lunch.



He loved his new knife.



All in all a great day in Texas.

The compressed air is clever. I assume it helps separate the skin from the body, or do yall just like to hear deer farts?

Lol. It helps separate the skin from the meat. We mostly do it with hogs but we were in a hurry yesterday. It don't do the work for you but it does make it a little easier.
