Just sitting down to relax after fixing 7 turkeys (115 pounds) and all the fixings 70 people. I did turkey smoked, fried, and roast; stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, mixed greens with ham hocks; gourmet green beans with smoked jowls; rolls, cranberry sauce, and a gourmet turkey-mushroom gravy.
