Today only, I have a special offer for all of you that will warm your
heart this Valentine's Day.

All of you forumites live in my heart and have been very supportive
of HI and our Kamis and, as a result, I am offering a very special
Valentine's gift to all of you.

This is a one day special sale for a fine Knives and
Sword at a bargain price as my Valentine's gift. What money that
comes from his sale will go to the Kami's kids education fund. This
is the time of the year when I have to pay their school fees and buy
the uniforms they wear to school.

Adding this Khukuri Knife and Sword to your collections is a very good
karma win-win for all of us.It is also a rare opportunity for those of you
who have always wanted to own one of our fine HI knives and couldn't
afford the full price.

This is the best opportunity you will have to get the knife or sword of your
dreams.

Fantastic deals all around! Love the shape on that pen knife. This is one of those days where I wish I could send an email to take them all. Exceptionally good cause today:)

Great choice, Nils. I've got one of each of those except the Tarwar...I wouldn't mind having a few more;)

Really nice deals today, and I agree, Nils made some very fine choices. I would've taken the WW2 if not for his post.

Thanks!! now I really cant wait for them to arrive, I live in Norway so I fear it will take som time. But i guess that's a small problem compared to how my wife will react when this package arrive :cower:

Congratulations to you (Ye bastard :P), I really liked the size and I have read good things about Lokendra...

I wish I had a million dollars. I would've gotten all of this. :p

And sorry Mister Cop, my girlfriend said she wanted me to get that one. I wanted the CAK first. Yeah well, it's valentine and she wanted me to get it over CAK so I did.

Left on list to get:
CAK
AK Bowie
Foxy Folly

OW:

Your girlfriend has a good eye.

I think you're going to really like that Chitlangi. It looks beautifully finished, and it's a good weight for that length. I have three knives by Lokendra -- different models, two polished and one villager -- he does amazing work. So does Rajkumar, but I only have one of his. Lokendra seems to have a special knack for shaping the handle with a downward curve toward the pommel that looks good and feels good in the hand.

I was sorely tempted to go for that Chitlangi, but I have developed a strong preference for the satisal wood handles. Also, the long blade combined with the 32 oz weight is close to my personal limit.

I hope you do a review of the Chitlangi with pictures. I suspect it will be quite different from your review of the Tirtha Bowie.

Email sent on the 17 inch 23 ounce Gelbu special by Rajkumar. Satisal wood handle. $80.

Edit: kazushi Spot on! You could see the hollow-forged on the sweet spot and the bevel height is more than 1/3 of the blade.
A dedicated chopper with good fluidity!
