Harald is one of Canada's best knifemakers. I first became a friend of his in 1980 when I first learned of Custom knives. Over the years, I have owned a number of Haralds knives and currently have 3 Viper II's, the Viper Frontiersman with stag scales as seen on his website. A Bearclaw as also seen there. My son has a lovely boot knife with water buffalo scales that is for sale. I also have one of the Canadian series that was done for the CKCC many years back but have changed the scales to mammouth ivory. All of Harald's work is absolutely first class. He is not cheap but quality is first and foremost. he is just starting into folders and I believe may have one available. If you look on the website again, you will also find a large Bowie with engraving and African Blackwood scales--it was also a knife I owned for a long time and now resides with another friend of Harald's who lives near to him.
