Harbor frt sones?

Anyone try the harbor frt stone? I went to Home Depot and got the norton economy and went to harbor to get the polishing compound for stropping, green, and saw stones on sale for 3 bucks so I grabbed one. Not sure if it is as good as the norton but is seemed more fine.
 
If I had to guess I'd say that it's probably aluminum oxide, just going by the light gray color, but I could definitely be wrong.

I haven't bought one, but I do like their diamond cube thing. I won't finish an edge with it, but it's great for certain things.
