What hard use folder would you guys recommend? I do have a cold steel american lawman; but I would like something to add to my rotation................... I have a budget of around $130 max thanks!

Depends to a large extent on what "hard use" consists of for you. The Cold Steel American Lawman that you already have is one of the best choices if you're wanting to use a folder for tasks that put a lot of downward pressure on the spine of the blade, due to its lock design and the fact that it's generally overbuilt. So I think a nice complement to that would be a robust folder with a higher-end steel, such as the Spyderco Gayle Bradley (which uses CPM-M4). The Manix 2 would be another good choice, especially if you can get one of the flat-ground sprint runs in CPM-M4 or CTS-BD30P (Carpenter's version of CPM-S30V).

+1 to Savagelh. I would also add a hammer and a hatchet. Keep 'em in the trunk, just in case.

A coffeemaker's optional.

Something by Benchmade to round out your collection. Benchmades pass the $130 mark pretty fast, but the Griptilian is a good knife for the money and has a lot of choices for handle and blade materials, as well as blade shapes and coatings.

Buck makes a big folder, I think it's called the Alpha Bravo, which has a Besh Wedge blade. It's not a slicer in any way, but it's supposed to be able to handle some abuse.

The ZT0200 is an awesome knife, but is about $10 over your budget, and is worth every one of those dollars, and more! Don't have the Gayle Bradley, but will by Wednesday, and it's pretty much been all positive that I've read for this knife. Don't know how you feel about the American tanto, but the ZT0400 is a fine knife that many say is like an XL Blur.
