I've had my Small Inkosi for several weeks now and was more or less pampering it. You know, don't let it get too dirty, don't cut things that are next to metal too avoid chips, no scraping, no snail trails.
Well, that ended this week. There is a saying that goes - The knife you use in an emergency is the one you have with you. or something like that
I tackled an underground water line to my garden (veg), with several breaks in it. I used the Inkosi to scrape the PVC pipe, ream out the "sawdust" from the cut area to make a good glue bond and other nasty jobs.
There, now it's passed muster. It is now a CHIEF.
I must take it down now to clean it up, then sharpen. Yes, it picked up some small chips on the cutting edge.
