Hard use tenacious???

I beat the crap out of mine and its held up great...I actually think it looks better the more I use it, it's a black blade and the coating has held up real well. Looks very worn, but the coating isn't flaking off. Had that issue with my Rat 1 and 2. Beat it up, it can take it!!

The tenacious is my go to all around work knife. The price is low enough where I'm not afraid to use it for anything. I wouldn't call what I put it through "hard use" but it def would be considered "medium use" maybe. It's my house work knife and I've used it for everything from cardboard break down, fabric cutting, rope cutting, and I have also brought it out on day hikes and used it to widdle wood, make feather sticks and tinder. It has held up extremely well and the best part is the 8cr13mov is very easy to sharpen and bring back to a hair shaving edge.

Hard use is in the eye of the abuser. The blade and liner lock are both sturdy. The handle is indestructible. But I wouldn't do anything stupid with it.
