hi my name is richard i am from vienna, austria, europ

i am looking for a realy strong folder that i almost!!!! can use like a fixed blade. i know a fixed knife is a fixed knife.
i have allready a strider rcc and a zero tolerance 200. i am looking for something like this, but from a company thats not so popular i europe and that i maybe do not know.
one of my favorits would be a strider with the nightmare grind, maybe i will take one, but i am waiting what you can prefere.

greatings from a cold and snowy vienna

ps i hop my english is not too bad.

Spyderco Manix or Mini Manix comes to mind.

Edit-- Your english is better than some that claim it as a native language.

012clemont Don't worry, your english is great. Look at a Benchmade Rukus or mini Rukus. These are BIG knives that may be too thick for you to comfortably carry in your pocket. Also look at Benchmades 630 or 635 Skirmish series. Titanium handles and very strong, good looking and the 635 is easy to carry in your pocket.

You might also look at a ....wait for it...a SEBENZA.

thanx for the answers. the skirmish i have also already.
the aircat (carillo) and the rao will be fine. maybe i can get more inspiration

The ZT 0500 Mud comes to mind. Obviously one of the Striders. The Spyderco Manix & mini version, along with Benchmade's Ruckus & mini version.

Oh yeah, welcome to the Forum, & your English fine, & will only get better.

The Extreme Ratio Fulcrum II is what you want.

STR

Find an Ontario Hossom Retribution Folder (small or big)... that's a beefy beast ready for serious work.

I would also suggest that you look for the Hossom Retributions, lioke has been mentioned. ER knives has been mentioned, so I would look at them first too.

Since you mentioned a Strider with night mare grinds, I think you might be interested in a custom folder as well. If you can find one, I would say get a Rick Hinderer XM-18. Shane Sibert makes tough knives. Hmmm.....whom else........DO check out Yuna Knives, he makes some tough and excellent custom folders. Oooh, how about a Patrick Nihiser Active Duty? THAT is a big tough knife.

oh the yunaknives are a verrrry great link, this is the direction i want to go, and the price would also be still OK, cheaper than the strider NM.
maybe we (you) can find still more great knives.

thanks

i think my favorites are the yuna knives but i also think of the Crusader Forge.

does anyone know how long i will wait when i order an yuna, or is there a dealer that has them maybe in stock??
