Anyone have experience with one of the Hardcore Hammers Super Naturalist?

It looks kind of handy. Ive been thinking of getting one but have hesitated every time it is in my cart.

The pre-worn toe makes it a hard pass from me. Looks like a hatchet that spent a decade eating dirt and being sharpened back wrong.

Exactly this.

It is if they found an old, abused hatchet some one had "fixed up" on a bench grinder after years of abuse and said "that is exactly the look I want!!"

Even worse, countless experienced users, including members of this forum, have tried to help them do better with their designs and they have been repeatedly ignored.

Interesting that you guys all noticed the “worn toe”. That is one of the reasons I havent bought one. I have thought about buying a carpenters hatchet and modding it to my liking. Maybe Ill do that instead.

I like to buy riggers hatchets at yard sales and flea markets for cheap and re profile away!
