Hey guys,

I'm new to the forum and couldn't find very much discussion related to this model (or brand for that matter), so I decided to start a new post. I came across a review by Warrior Labs LLC regarding the LFT01 tomahawk (by Hardcore Hardware Australia) and wanted to hear what others thought, both pros and cons.

although we feel that the product is without a doubt top-knotch, we came across some discussions as to whether or not the company made the "right choice" in using D2 steel (what they use for each of their products).

Warrior labs had also done some extensive product testing on the LFT01 on an old car hood and put them on the Hardcore Hardware Australia Facebook page (seriously, check out the damage this thing can easily accomplish!).

So again, we're excited to join this forum's community of knife enthusiasts and would love to hear what you guys think of this tomahawk.

Very nice tomahawk, much prefer the black handle to the orange but that's just me, very nice logo too! All round very attractive! :D

I do not own one, but I worked a kydex sheath for a guy in town. Solid hawk, great craftsmanship, but the blade felt a little anemic. It was still stout, but it's much smaller, with a thinner profile than I would have expected. Still a piece of art, though I would rather hold out for a Winkler. My 2 cents of course.

And in regards to gwhysow's comment on the blade; the blade is not anemic, it's definitely capable of "Mass Destruction" (again, definitely take a look at the videos that Warrior Labs LLC posted on the HHA Facebook page). They're specifically designed for breaching, capable of breaking through cinder block walls, doors of all kinds, taking off locks, etc.

Take a look at Sage Dynamics' review and testing on the LFT01

If you are a busines (as your last post would seem to indicate) and you are using this forum to sell your stuff, how about supporting the forum and getting the correct membership?

First three posts promoting a company is not a good way to start off.

Hi Dullknife,

Can you please send me an email. I'd like to discuss some things with you offline..

Your email is not setup/allowed..

I agree Irezumi, I'd like to know where they are manufactured. It would be great if they were Aussie made, otherwise it's like buying a Marbles or Schrade knife made in Pakistan and China respectively, it's just a brand name you're buying, rather than supporting something made in the U.S.A or Australia. If it's made offshore, it's a big call to call it Australian.

Agreed. I am curious about this now...
