Hardware for quick adjustments on your grinder?

What's everyone using for hardware on their grinder where you need to make more frequent adjustments? Other than a hex key, that is.

Something like one of these?

yes, those will work. they sell the top style at home depot in the specialty drawers near the nuts and bolts dept.
 
I agree. Ratchet arms are the ticket. I buy the all metal ones from McMaster Carr and have them all over my shop.

I edited your photos so they show full size. When adding photos, click the box "full image" next to the photo link when adding them. This makes it show a s a full image instead of a thumbnail.

I use the spring loaded ratchet lever style for my tool arms, but I wanted a star wheel style for the belt tracking adjustment, but I always find them to be pretty fragile, so I welded a bolt inside a 2 1/2 inch gal pipe cap... works perfectly. (Did the same thing for the adjustable feet to keep it stable on an uneven floor surface.)
