Harley-Davidson butterfly knife Philippines?

I've always loved butterfly knives! Just in the movements and motions of opening and closing it and seeing that as a kid always loved on how they work. It brought me closer 2 that style and similar knives like stilettos as far as the mechanics of them operate. But yeah anyways has anyone ever seen one like this and how rare are they??

The blade looks it might be a Parker Gypsy, but the handles don't look right, as though perhaps they weren't original handles but made by someone else, and are obviously crudely made. I highly, highly doubt that Harley Davidson actually endorsed or licensed their name/logo for the knife, and was more likely added by whoever made the blade or imported it into the US. I've seen lots of Chinese junk with HD or other car/truck/motorcycle/firearm/etc branding that obviously wasn't authorized.
