Has anyone had a chance to handle one of these new knives?

Best looking knife I've seen so far with the "Harley Davidson" name.

I wondered about the quality of workmanship. They have both a Titanium version (above) and an Aluminum handled version.

Any comments?
thanks,
joe

who made it? how much it cost?

#1: Harley Davidson ;)

#2: Typically. . .if HD has their logo on it. . .you'll need very deep pockets ! :p

On a side note. . .from what I see in the pic. . .nice lookin' knife. Don't care for the logo nor placement there of.

Well, so far, I found out the knife was designed by Fred Carter. The blades are ATS-34 4", and the handle is about 5". It is tip down carry with a skeletonized clip, and comes with a nice looking leather/cordura open-topped pouch.

Best price I've found online is $99 for the Al version and $159 for the Ti version.

It appears they also have a smaller (3.3" blade) version called the "Wolfpup".

C'mon, someone must have handled one? :)

Not sure of the name of the knife my friend carries but it's HD and very well made. Also for the size it's unexpectedly lite. As far as my personal opinion the only thing that should bear the name HD is a bike. But thats just the opinion of a scooter tramp.
