Harness, Bare-head or Copperhead?

Every now and then a lover of harness jacks (who lives waaay north and shall remain unnamed ) sends me a couple of knives to work on.
This time he sent me two and a "spare".
This is the "spare"....
1095 blades, buttery African ebony and a bit of inlaid native copper.
