I just recently bought another Harpy. It was the old style with just one clip position. The lock was such that you barely had to push it down like maybe a 0.5 millimeter to get it to disengage. I hate this. I know that it would have probably been fine but I just don't find it acceptable when all of the other Spydies I own have to have the lockbar raised at least 3mm or so.
My question is this: For those of you who own the newer version of the Harpy with the four position clip, does it have better "lockup", or do you still barely have to raise the lockbar for it to disengage?
Heck the Chaparral I just got this week you have to push down until the lockbar comes up at least 3mm. It's perfect.
