I have aquired a large butcher knife(I think). It had Harry Hussmann 214 engraved on the handle and Harry Hussman, St Louis Missouri on the blade. I looked up Harry Hussmann, it is still in business in St. Louis, they make comercial refridgerated cases. I emailed them but got no response. Does anyone have any info about this knife or know where I should look for info?
