Harsey Tactical Folder

I've had my eye on this knife for a long time now.

I posted something on it about 2 or 3 months ago. Not one response.

It ain't hyped enough, I guess.

It looks like a very tough, well finished knife. I haven't seen it before, thanks for posting the link.

I saw a knife like that for sale not too long ago (for the love of me. . .I can't remember where).

Very nice design !

Superb price !

Blade length @ 4,75" & OAL @ 10.75"

I picked one up at the Oregon Knife Show. Picked one up.....but didn't take it home with me.
Its a big knife, handle large relative to blade.

When you grip it it forms around your hand in a novel way.
Its like you were gripping a potato carved out for your fingers or a handle formed with that moldable epoxy.
Its odd because its canvas micarta, but a lot of thought went into the shaping of the handle.
Bill Harsey is a big guy, big hands, and I imagine he built the knife to fit his hand. I have fairly large hands and to me it felt very secure.
I can't imagine this knfe slipping in your hand in any way during hard use.

After its open there is a smalll secondary lock which blocks the blade open.
Cool and optional as well.

I thought it was a great knife.
If a little expensive.

Very nice! I think I saw one for $254 on the internet. A little pricey for me. Maybe Gerber will make a cheaper version for under $75.
