Hi I hope I’m not breaking any rules . The fellow that said he was having a hard time sharpening his hartsfield blades . My name is Phill Hartsfield. Jr. And I would be happy to help you out just give me a call I will make your blades look like the day you picked them up And I won’t charge you anything . Hard to beet that deal. I like to have all of our tool in top shape and ready to work . I just have a small home shop in Fullerton ph# is657 671 9358 call me and we can make a plan for you to stop bye. I first met your Dad at the New York Knife Show at the Roosevelt Hotel in 1984. He was an absolute gentleman and I saw him at various shows in the following years.

I have only one of his knives, heavily carried but still a favourite. The next time I visit the U.S. I'll bring it with and send it to you for a re-fresh.
