Hartsook sheath.

For three months now I've been carrying a Buck Hartsook for a general use small job knife. I have not had any problem with the sheath untill the past couple of weeks. Now its gotten loose enough I don't trust it hanging upside down under my shirt, as the knife has come out twice.

If this is a weak design, has Buck come out with a better design sheath?

If I loose my knife because of a defective sheath, is Buck going to replace it?

I'd like to hear from Joe on this one, as its a new factory design that needs the sheath to go back to the drawing board.

Take a thin piece of bike tube and wrap it a couple times. You can see it in the photo. Works great. There is a guy on edc forums that makes nice kydex sheaths for them.

Like your fix Juggler, the new products guys have improved the sheath so contact Joe if you are having issues and he will get a new one out to you.
