Has Any knife maker ever used aluminum as blade material?

I don't think to, it's way to soft to hold a decent edge. Titanium you can carbadizing, aluminum no.
 
Some movie prop blades are aluminum. That's all I can think of though.
 
Aluminum is way to soft. It won't hold an edge and will wear, break and bend way to easy. It would be worse to use then cheap steel.
