Has anybody dealt with Al Mar?

The reason I ask is because I just bought an Eagle Ultralight Talon and I've already screwed up the pocket clip. I bought it about a week ago and I didn't check the tightness of the allen head screw that holds the clip on. I must have tourqued the knife in my pocket just right and it made the clip shear it's little "ears" off that keep it in place. Now, it will rotate if I let it.
So, does Al Mar have good customer service?
