Has anybody tried the new Edge Pro stones?

Edge Pro has 2 new stones listed on their site: 2300 and 4000 grit. These are intended to offer a durable alternative to the polishing tapes. I know their stones usually run finer than the number might indicate. Have any of you tried the new ones yet?

I haven't but unless they are a lot cheaper than my shapton glass I will probably stick with them.

Do the new stones look like these ?



If not post a link so I can see the new stones.
 
The new ones are pictured on their site http://www.edgeproinc.com but I can't seem to post a link (unfamiliar computer (new)). They have said they weren't happy with existing ones (apparently Shapton and Chosera), so other ones were made. They are $50 ea., so they're not cheap IMHO.
