Just wondering if anyone has convexed the edge of their Sebenza?

Any reasons why we shouldn't?

I would love to hear those of you that have done it, are you happy with the performance?

i convexed one for jtr357 and it push cut newspaper really well. thats about all i cut with it.

I have convexed my Seb, and I love convex edges in general. I cant make a strong argument that there is a significant difference between convex vs. V-ground edge, but I believe I have to do less maintenence on a convex edge to keep it wicked sharp.

I have a few fixed blades with convex edges and feel that it's less hassle to maintain. For some reason I keep baulking at doing it with my folders. Don't ask me why because I don't have a good answer.

I like the convex edge too, I have a few fixed blades and folders with convex edges
and have been very happy with how they perform and how easy they are to maintain.

The Sebs I have seen convexed all looked good and I bet they cut real nice too :thumbup:

I convex the edge of most of my knives, my large regular being one of them. Can't really compare it to the normal edge as I did this as soon as I received my Seb.
