has anyone dealt with Grizzly's customer service?

I just received my hardness tester from Grizzly and the guage appears to have been damaged in shipping. There are several loose pieces and a small screw that appears to have been sheared off. There was no visible damage to the crate when I picked it up from the freight company so I'm not sure when this happened. I'll call tomorrow and hopefully we can get it resolved. I'm just wondering what to expect when I call them. (and I had to vent somewhere!)
 
I had something very similar happen and they were very good about resolving it.
Next time I'll open the box and inspect for damage before I sign off on the delivery.
 
I worked with them on a mini mill that had issues and they were great. Walked me through some fixes and eventually took it back for a refund.
 
I was impressed by their customer service. Hopefully you will have the same results I had!
 
I've had good experiences with their customer service, not for any major problems with machinery, but as far as returning items, getting replacements for missing pieces, etc. they have been excellent!
 
I am very happy to say that I called them yesterday and the experience was great! Both people I talked to were very friendly and helpful. They shipped me a replacement part that will be here friday. Great job Grizzly!
