Has anyone ever seen this before?

I have no idea if it has any collector's value. Judging from the company and the materials I would say that it has reached it's worth already on the auction ($21.00). I'm sure that somebody here will disagree with me, though.

Me:"Uuh....yeah, something like that."

I'm not sure I know exactly what this knife is, but I have to ask -- is there anything made of "surgical steel" that could be worth more than $21?

I can think of things made of "surgical steel" that are priced higher than that, but whether they're worth it....

I don't know what it is. But, its crude, is labled "bench made" + "surgical steel", and certainly not military. I don't know what its worth, but i know I would have a hard time selling it for $21.00

Personally, I think is an interesting collector piece.
The use of the term "surgical" in relation to steel has never been cool but there was a time when even "respectable" companies used it.
And, I suspect that the knife predates the Benchmade company so the "Bench Made" marking is not so scandalous.
I don't recall ever seeing a superior quality Parker knife but some were passable as users. And Tak Fakuta was (is ?) a respected maker. IMO, $21 would be a bargain.
