Has anyone handled this Case?

It looks very well made. I like the size as well. I'm thinking this would be a nice departure from my usual carry.

i'm sure it's flawless...while i dont own a Bose collaboration Case, they are on my wish list before i die, still to pricey for this accumulator:D
That Coke Bottle swing guard looks like a beauty:thumbup:
welcome to the dark side! (traditionals);)
some honest Bose users will be along shortly

It is a big ole coke-bottle that is not going to be that comfortable for pocket carry unless you like to carry real big folders with heft. If you belt is not tight your pants might droop a little.

As far as well made. Oh yeah, it is tough to beat the annual Case Bose collaborations. That is the 2007 pattern and is pretty darn close to custom quality. It would be a challenge to find a better made modern production traditional pattern outside of the Case/Bose series.

I'd love to own one... sadly I called AG Russel and there are only 3 left. I just can't afford that right now, though I can justify all I want. Is there anything else out there like this? Would I have better luck having someone make one for me once I have some scratch saved up? Something of this size would be belt carry only in a Lifter open top sheath.

Charlie Mike,

I have seen some really good reviews about this swingguard. Some people just knock the guard off and have a great lock back.

God Bless

I'd prefer stainless liners. Torx screw construction wouldn't be bad either.

After owning my Burn swing guard, I've been thinking about getting a legal bolstered swing guard.

The Case looks to be about the same size.

Well Charlie the auto and the traditional swing guards have different purposes. But don't let the steel liner keep you from some really nice knives. People have done a lot with the brass liners before the ss liners ever came into being. How about some thing with bones that will knock your socks off. D2 steel with a flat ground from an American firm for 50 plus change cant be beat.
God Bless
