Has anyone heard of a knife maker Bill Snow

I was gifted a really nice knife a few years ago. I just barely today figured out what it was. Tipi customs (Bill Snow) Ram Horn Skinner.

Does anyone know anything about this knife maker? I only found a few articles. The knife is beautiful!

I own neck dagger, hunter and skinner from Bill. His quality on convex edge is amazing. He is a wonderful man and I consider him a friend after many conversations over the years. They are each works of art and each with scary sharp convex edge knives.
