Yes. You can taste it in the tour, they actually poor it into your hands so they don't "waste" one of the state limit of samples. When you rub your hands together you can smell all the ingredients. It's a pretty neat experience. If you have some pour some on your hands and smell it. Then rub your hands together and smell the grains. Repeat and it will smell like the other grains.
"White-Dog" is pretty potent stuff, and is basically straight out of the "still". It's what the "whiskey" is, before it gets aged in charred oak and becomes bourbon. It's at it's most potent stage in the life cycle.
I live in KY, so I've had the pleasure of visiting all of the distilleries, and I love bourbon!
