Here's a link to some pocket clips-

I can think of two methods for attaching a clip-
Method 1. Drill and tap holes. Either in the bolster, or, if the liners are thick enough to accommodate a screw, through a handle and liner. This can be performed without taking the knife apart.
Method 2. Remove enough pins that you can swivel the knife apart (if you're attaching the clip to the top bolster, remove the two top pins. If you're attaching the clip below the top bolster, remove the two bottom pins), drill holes for the clip, countersink the holes on the inside surface of the liner with a V-shaped drill bit, run V-shaped flathead screws out through the holes, attach the clip using nuts, file and sand the ends of the screws flush with the nuts to remove any sharp edges and snag points.
Method #1 requires careful tapping, which can be tricky, but no disassembly of the knife. Method #2 requires no tapping, but requires some disassembly, and reassembly, of the knife.
Either method requires a drill press and some precision/skill.
