Has anyone made a custom pipe knife?

My friend is a pipe smoker and I was wondering if any custom knife makers have ever made a pipe knife? For those not familiar with these type of knifes, they have a tamper end to push down tobacco (often times the butt of the knife), a think pick and a knife blade to scrape the bowls. Below is an example of the main high end pipe knife out there. Other times, people will use a Case Baby Doc knife as a substitute. If someone knows of a custom maker that might want to take on the challenge, please let me know.
