I like everything on this knife except would like the tip to be more pointy ,same like gen 1-3 endura.I was going to grind it down on a beltsander. Any input?

Nothing wrong with that, Gary. Plus, one person acting on their inspiration can inspire others. And some mods can be "necessities", depending on what you want to do with the knife. Any blade shape is a collection of trade offs and compromises. I love the Stretch, and 95% of the time the "stock" blade shape works acceptably well, but that doesn't mean there aren't moments when I wish I had one with a "splinter picker" tip like yours, or one with a 50% thinner blade.People get inspired to do things, is it necessary? Not really but it makes me smile
