I like big knives and whatever I carry in my pocket it has to be around 4 inches blade maybe more or at least 3.7. Comparing to my other big boys like Lone Wolf T3 or Medfrods, this knife does not feel big. It is not as thick and with integral frame it feels rocksolid in hand. Action + everything works well.
My two big negatives on CKF Snafu:
1. Jimping on the spine of the knife - edges are too sharp and when I press with my thumb it hurts and leaves temporary marks on it. Rassenti Custom has rounder/machined edges.
2. Flipper tab has no jimping. So after 20 or 30 flips, my finger would slide on it once a while unless I pressed hard on it.
Asking price right now (only 400 made) is around $800-$900 from what I've seen these guys sell on ebay (on BM there was an awesome deal two months ago around $700). Built in Russia with Chinese parts (frame titanium, screws, etc come from China) and m390 bladesteel comes from Europe = Made in Russia.
Overall I give solid B+/A- grade to this knife. I really like the overall design + weight + materials + blade combination.
