Has anyone seen my mind? I misplaced it when I saw that new carbon fiber Sebenza.

I've never owned a CRK knife, nor have I ever even momentarily considered spending $500 on a knife, but I have a "thing" for blue hardware and carbon fiber. I had practically completed checkout before I actually thought it through. And I'm still completely OK with my decision. :o

I went with the large size, insingo blade...I don't know why, but I like the sheepsfoot look a lot on that knife.

It'll be a long few days next week, but I'll post pics when she's here.

Hopefully this is OK. Mods please accept my apologies and delete/move or whatever you need to do if it is not.

First CRK and a CF inlay one to boot - there are certainly worse problems you could have :D

Looks great. Congrats on a fine piece!

Great catch!!!!!
Whatever you do, don't look at any of the CRK unique or CCG's they have. The blues in some of them will make you poor in a hurry. :)

Great choice. but they are addictive! :D

Good job man. Life is to short to not buy and use the knives like/want. I have a plain insingo 21 and ummnanzann and they are great. Im going to venture into carbon fiber or micarta next.

Thanks for all the words of encouragement, fellas...that decision wasn't nearly as well thought out as I imagined it would be (buying a knife that expensive). I've seen a ton of CRK knives over the years, and always admired them (OK drooled over them), but I've never had one call my name quite like that. If there was ever one I just had to have, this would be it.

If you're gonna fall hard, and it's not for a girl, then a CRK is the perfect choice.
p.s. The CRK will be with you FOREVER.

Wow, that DOES look nice. I would say that the pic of mine looks better however:

:D

Also? You will NOT regret your purchase, brother. This remains the nicest knife I own, and it has some very hallowed company and can still say that!

Nice choice. I have the large Sebenza Insingo with the full CF scale and love it.

I saw that one after I ordered the inlay version, and now the devil on my left shoulder keeps telling me I may someday need that one too. You know, because it's different, but same. (My username is no joke). :o

There we go - you have good taste! Thanks for posting that. Nice to see it in a real life photo vs. the white background.

Thanks! I have high expectations for sure....lots of $100-300 knives around here, but this will be the grail of my collection...that being said, I have every intention of using it as a daily carry on those light (work)flow days. :)
