Has anyone seen the new gerber Gaor Tool?

I am interested in finding out from anyone if they have seen the new Gerber Gator Tool. I saw a brief review of it earlier last week and am interested in finding out if they are on the market yet. AND if they have a belt clip (I think like the Wave.) Also, if it doesn't, does anyone have any suggestions on applying a clip to the side? I also have the old Gerber Multi-plier and would love to be able to put a clip on it too. Any suggestions?
