I'm sure the last thing I need is another gadget to add to my keychain but you never know. I might need a back up for my LM Micra or back up for my back up knife. It says it has a locking blade which is a big plus. This knife may be a good addition to one of those altoid tin survival kits.

I think the Seber line is great, but ... this tool looks like half an M4, which also locks, and I have a hard time UNlocking. For a miniminitool, I still prefer the utili-key.
