all the nice rare Busses for sale?

Some on this forum, some on Ebay, some on the other forums.

WOW!! I wish I had more cash on hands right now

I need to save some for Blade though. ;)
 
Yeah I seen! But due to 1 very rare Busse,the Desert trio,the Desert Rats and the Desert Anorexic BA my wallet is beyond anorexic.:( :(

BTW, I thought you might grab the 5/16" SH BA Variant 1WB's had. Did you get it?

Afterall I know how you like the Fatty SH BA :D:D
 
I was WAY more than tempted on that one. If the cash was there I'd be on it like white on rice. Wonder if it's still avail??? Yeah those fat SHBA's are indeed my Busse of choice.

I was told that I didn't need a forklift for the new purchase. An engine hoist would suffice.:D :D

I have seen a couple of "Hoods" Busse for sale. Sorry for the ignorance, but I can find a pic. Any one care to share? If I could afford one I would just get it and see, but alas my printing press is down at the moment. (note to Agents of the Treasury, that was only a joke)(unless someone here will really take monopoly money. If you wil then just send me all you Busse knives and I'll send the cash):rolleyes: :D

Nope,it wasn't me. Glad it's gone tho. I was actually considering not paying any bills and eating pork&beans off a sterno stove.

Did you scoop any of these variants? I know there had to be several that appealed to you. C'mon fess up!!

Yeah, I think he will send me some. I saw one in the gallery and it was labeled "thought to be a hood" Anybody got any history on that one. Was it made for a specfic purpose or just a passing design.
 
It was a variation on the BM conceived by Ron Hood. As I understand it he asked Jerry to modify the BM to his specs with the idea that he would be selling them to his students. To my knowledge, there aren't many out there.

and christmas time.

I agree, it is usually a good time to pick up some knives that are not available at any other times.

To be honest, the one in the Archive I consider to be the "ugliest" of the three I've seen. Well, maybe "ugly" is the wrong word, less desireable is probably better :D:D
 
Didn't Jerry post a picture last week of blanks that might have been new Hoods knives?

From what I've been told, I will long be out of Busse's before I ever see it :(

I hear there might be a "Whole" herd of SHBM's coming up soon.
Most of them are Satin finshed or Very rare 1st run stuff in MINT condition.

Stay tuned Skunk...The "Good" stuff is coming up.

Do you mean you're going to keep selling them off until you get enough to pay for it. . .or just until you get it??? Because if it's the latter of those two, and you're talkin' about the machete that I'm makin' for you. . . sounds like you're about to sell off ALL of your Busses :eek::eek: ;)
 
Well folks that means one of a couple of things... With all the Busses Chuck owns, either that's the most expensive machete in history or it's a hell of a long way off...:rolleyes:
