Has anyone tried the Parker style ballpoint gel refill?

The Parker brand gell ballpoint refills are very very nice. I have tried them in black and blue (the blue is a bright, almost turquiose blue) and they are very smooth with good color saturation and write a nice wet line (almost fountain-pen-esque).
The Yafa refills of the Parker style that I have tried were very disappointing, and I think that I ended up throwing them away. They wrote a thinner, scratchier line that did not seem to soak into the paper well enough and smudged a lot. Also, they tended to dry out if not used on a regular basis.

That is good to hear. I almost went with the Yafa brand, but ended up ordering Parker. Glad to know I made the right decision. I can't wait to try them out.
