Has Anyone Used Their Chinese Frame Locks Hard?

I really like my Real Steel Megalodon 2017 and how it feels in the hand. I was wondering if anyone has used their chinese knives in hard EDC work and wonder how they help up compare to ZT's, Hinder's, CRK, Medfords Cold Steel, ect? Am I being paranoid?

Yes. If you get a good quality one you should be fine. But if you are using a folder to the point you think it might fail, you probably need a fixed blade. Or a crowbar.

More than likely, “Excessive Use” would be a more fitting description. Repeatedly cutting tough plastic straps, zip ties, breaking down tons of cardboard boxes, etc. Tasks that dull a blade before the job is complete yet you continue to use your knife regardless. This can really put the build quality of your folder to the test, although this can easily be avoided by using a utility knife or fixed blade.

Using a folder like the old timers did a Buck 110. Lol Not to just open a envelope. May to cut a tree limb.
