...drilled holes, engraved, anodized, or customized in any way...for looks or for better grip...a plain titanium handled knife such as a Sebenza(yeah right) or a Sage II or other?

I got it! Moved to Maintenance, Tinkering & Embellishment. You should get a few good examples here.
