Has Busse Ever Taken Customer Request Custom Orders?

Just curious if I person loves a certain model, but wants it modded a bit by length or handle shape, etc., can an order be placed for such thing?
 
I think thats what Custom Shop is for, but they are overwhelmed, and got closed to catch up on orders for a year or 18 Month, but i think its been longer than that.

That's kind of what I thought, but with it closed I wasn't sure.

I'd love a Badger Attack Ergo with a satin finish but the grip about half an inch shorter. :) Maybe one day...
