Has the NM treatment ruined me?

I did the unthinkable and canceled the order on my SFNO LE. Why would I do such a thing? I think because the nuclear meltdown treatment has ruined me for Busse blades, plain and simple. I'm spoiled by the rounded edges and convex edge on the NM LE blades. I don't think it gets better than that. And I don't think I'm going buy anything other than NM models from here on in. NM Badger next up? I'm in.
 
It works for some, doesn't for others.
I wouldn't go so far as to say I wouldn't buy anything but, but I don't think I'll buy a NM model :D

No worries. His return request has been handed off to Borat. It'll get lost in Kazakhstan before it ever makes it to Wauseon.
 
i like the big blocky corners on a busse. it's a real mans blade , and tell Jerry to make 'em extra rough around the edges!!!
 
The Meltdown treatment is the best thing to ever happen to Busse blades...now they need to make a Meltdown Meaner...

I could have just sold the thing once I got it instead of canceling the order, but I thought it better that some deserving HOG pay the HOG price...
 
I like both, and have no true fav I guess. It's one of those that tears the brain if thought on to long. I like the NM for user stuff and can only imagine say a BATAC, MNR, SJ or something along those lines. In the big boys I have both. Each with it's on merits. I think I prefer the box cut for lack of other words in that it IS the classic Busse work. I wouldn't have my AA, MOJO, HOGFSH's, FBM's any other way but the classic box cut. I do have the NMFBM and I like it alot, but, WEELLL I guess it's going to be whatever the flavor of the day is!!!

I like both but the NM has truly spoiled me as well. I love the way it feels in the hand (for the models so far) and I would prefer to buy future blades witht his handle treatment.
