Has there ever been a "Lake" or "Loveless" - Spyderco Collaboration?

Ron Lake and Bob Loveless both had a considerable impact on the designs of knives over the last couple of decades -has Spyderco ever had a collaboration with either of them?

If they chose not to, does anyone know why?

There have been no collaboration models with either Lake or Loveless. Possible reasons why not would include them not being interested, them not seeing their styles as fitting with the Spyderco line, Sal not feeling their styles would fit with his line and a dozen other possibilities.
