Has to be a knife enthusiast

No kidding, that's funny! That'd be cool if someone can post with the street signs and knives in hand.

Keep watching, the developer has a lot more room to expand. in that area west and N. west from Myrtle Beach those developments are growing fast.

Kids will take the less coveted signs. "Benchmade" and "Spyderco" will surely be snatched by the older knife addicts. Let's add more to cool down the craze : "Buck Road", "Loveless Avenue", "Randall Boulevard", "Stiletto Plaza", "Dagger Back Alley",... ok, ok, I get carried away.

It's cool but just asking for kids to steal street signs.
I was actually getting a chuckle out of reading this thread. Thank goodness there's somebody around here this still so completely negative.

Thanks for pointing out the downside of having a little fun!

I just remember being a kid back in the day and there was a skateboarding mag called thrasher. Happened to be a thrasher street the next town over. They ended up changing the name of the street because a new sign wouldn't last one night.

There's a development in South Carolina with these street names

Kershaw Rd
Benchmade Rd
Leatherman Rd
Spyderco Rd
Boker Rd
Valor Rd

Can we get in touch with the developer and ask, "Why Valor?" Certainly seems to be the odd man out. The knife equivalent of Washington St., Lincoln St., Jefferson St., Roosevelt St. and lastly, Harrison St.

(To save those unfamiliar with him some googling: President Harrison died just 31 days into his term after giving his inauguration speech in cold, wet weather without a hat or coat... after riding a horse to the ceremony rather than taking a carriage.)
