hassam bowies

i recently found a hassam bowie at a pawn shop for 45 dollars. ive never heard of this brand before and am wondering if this is a good deal or if this knife is even worth the gas to drive to the shop. any info is much appreciated.
 
it says hassam boston on it. im going by the place today to see if its still there. i will probably buy it. thanks for the suggestion. ill try and get some pics if possible.
