Hey all,
Just wanted to show a chopper I made after reading the thread on comp cutters. Took first place at the New england school of metal work last weekend in the "cutting demo". Steel is Aldos 1095fg...forged of course...did the 2x4 in 11 seconds.

That's one tough looking chopper, Mace. I like the forged-in guard/flare, and the neat hamon,too.

Remind me not to mess with well armed Teddy Bears.

No disrespect to Don, But I was thinking more like the Yakuza bowie. (minus the yokote):D
Oh and the blade came out great! Poor teddy!

That's sick Mace, wish I could have seen it in person and action. Wonder what one would be like in sword length........
 
After looking at that pic some more I think Hassan and Indian George might be long lost twin brothers!!!:eek:
